Hi, I’m Carmen Ortiz and I’m originally from Bronx, New York, but raised in Miami, Florida. I have 3 beautiful girls, 2 teenagers and a toddler whom keep me busy, and I’ve been married for 14 years. With over 10 years of customer care experience, I am excited to be joining our Crystal River location. My family and I love doing anything on the water and traveling to new destinations every year. My hobbies include crafts, gardening, and going on daily nature walks or runs.
