The Relate™ is a private labeled hearing aid provided by United Healthcare. It was created by a major manufacturer as a lower cost option for United Healthcare members. It is available in all styles of hearing aids, and even has bluetooth capabilities! It is also available with rechargeable batteries so you don’t have to worry about changing batteries.
