If your Phonak hearing aid has stopped working, we will inspect to determine the possible cause. I could be wax in the speaker, a broken wire, a bad microphone, or even a bad rechargeable battery. Some repairs can be handled in our office while you wait. Others require the hearing aid to be sent to the repair lab. More often than not we are able to repair in our office. We have a supply of replacement parts in each of our 8 locations. All hearing aids require regular maintenance and there is only so much you are able to accomplish at home. Your hearing aids should be professionally serviced at least twice a year to help keep them in good working order.
