Gardner Audiology provides professional cleaning, maintenance, and repair services for Widex hearing aids at our Inverness office, as well as at seven additional locations throughout the Tampa Bay region. Our goal is to help ensure your hearing devices continue to perform reliably and comfortably.
Over time, hearing aids can experience issues that affect sound quality and performance. Common causes include wax buildup in filters, damaged receiver wires, blocked microphone openings from hair products, and internal moisture. While Widex hearing aids are designed to resist moisture, Florida’s heat and humidity can still contribute to performance problems, especially during the summer months.
In many cases, these concerns can be resolved during a routine office visit. Our team will carefully clean and inspect your devices, removing buildup and addressing any issues that may be affecting their function. This service often restores hearing aid performance without the need for additional repair work.
If your hearing aids require further attention, we can determine whether manufacturer service through Widex is necessary. Before proceeding, we’ll review your warranty coverage and provide a clear estimate so you understand all available options.
Gardner Audiology is proud to support the hearing health of residents in Inverness and surrounding communities.
