If there is something that is wrong with the hearing aid, we will often try to fix it in our office first. If unable to fix in office, we will send it out for repair to Starkey headquarters located in Minnesota. Your audiologist will be able to guide you through the process and ensure your hearing aid is in the best working order possible.
