Included in this hearing aid benefit is a 30-day trial period, as well as a full year of covered services! During the 30-day trial period, patients are able to come in for adjustments as needed, and have the option to return if necessary, or exchange to a different hearing aid. Also included in this benefit is a 1-year supply of batteries! Rechargeable options are also available, if that is what you prefer.
Freedom Health contracts with a third-party company, called HearUSA, to provide this benefit. HearUSA has several store front locations, but they also have Hear USA providers throughout the community that offer even more hearing aid options! This gives members the advantage of seeing a doctor, not a salesman, to help determine which hearing aid is best suited for them.
