The Audiologists at Gardner provide UAW retirees a comprehensive hearing evaluation through their insurance. After the evaluation is completed, the Audiology Docrtor will review the results and make recommendations for hearing aids if applicable.
Hearing aid prices vary but start at no out-of-pocket cost! Premium technology is available with the choice to upgrade to rechargeable hearing aids at additional cost. Retirees have access to hearing aids with Blue Tooth capabilities. They also have the ability to adjust settings like volume control through the hearing aid manufacturers’ smart phone apps. This plan allows a 60-day trial period and renews every 3 years.
