I recently visited Gardner’s audiology office, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, professional, and genuinely kind. They made me feel comfortable right away and took the time to explain every step of the process without ever making me feel rushed. Krista was incredibly helpful throughout the process, calling and emailing often and always being on top of things and making sure I was kept informed, especially when a couple of insurance-related obstacles (you gotta love those), threatened to delay the process.
All 3 of my appointments were impressively efficient. During my first appointment, I was seen quickly, and Dr. Benoit’s assessment was thorough. She also took time to explain the overall process, the differences between the different devices and levels of technology, and the devices that would be good candidates for my particular hearing loss. Everything moved along smoothly without any unnecessary waiting. During my second appointment we completed the custom molding and placed the order. Less than 3 weeks later, I went for my third appointment, and walked away with the pair of devices that I chose. It’s rare to find a healthcare visit that is both fast and high‑quality, but at Garder’s Audiology they manage to deliver exactly that.
Another pleasant surprise was how reasonable the prices were there. I contacted Gardner’s Audiology for a “second opinion”, as I was a bit disappointed with the pricing info I received when I visited another Audiologist. And boy, am I happy I did that, as I saved several thousand dollars. Hearing care can be expensive, but the services as well as cost of the devices were reasonable. —especially considering the level of expertise and care provided.
Overall, I left feeling confident, well‑informed, and very well taken care of. I highly recommend Gardner’s Audiology to anyone looking for a professional hearing‑care experience. Also, give Krista a raise! 🙂
