One of our patients at Gardner Audiology in South Pasadena, Florida was recently fit with the new Phonak Audéo Paradise hearing aids…and boy, was she excited!
SM, who has worn hearing aids for several years, admits that she was never really fully satisfied with her hearing aids. When she was initially fit with hearing aids, she wanted her hearing aids to be completely invisible. She was fitted with invisible-in-the-canal (IIC) devices which are cosmetically friendly, but have some limitations.
When it came time to look at new technology, SM could not pass up on trying the new Phonak Paradise. She wanted a new experience with RIC hearing aids that sit behind the ear. At her fitting, SM noticed an immediate improvement from her previous set of aids. She was blown away by the comfort, sound quality, and noise management built into the devices.
The Paradise offers a double tap feature that allows you enable the voice assistant on your smartphone, answer and end phone calls, and even start and stop streaming from your device! Paradise allows for Bluetooth connectivity to additional devices, including some TVs and computers. SM enjoyed being able to hear better on work calls, and also liked streaming her music.
