That is why we are an authorized clinic available to work with your Resound hearing aids. We are able to trouble shoot to determine if it is something we can repair in-house. If it isn’t, we can ship it straight to Resound where they can further determine what is happening with your hearing aid.
If your hearing aid is still under warranty and you lose it, we can also help you file a claim for your Resound Loss & Damage policy. If you are unsure about your warranty, we are able to look up that information for you.
