Has your Phonak hearing aid stopped working? Gardner Audiology in Clearwater, FL is authorized to perform repairs on Phonak hearing aids. Many times, we are able to repair the device in-house. If we can’t, we will send it to Phonak where they can further diagnose what is malfunctioning. Sometimes, it can be an issue of wax in the device. Other times certain components need to be replaced, like the speaker or the microphone.
We are also able to help you with your Loss & Damage policy if you were to lose one of your hearing aids. If your hearing aids are still under warranty, you may be eligible to receive a replacement device with a deductible. Our goal is to have you hearing as soon as possible!
Please contact Gardner Audiology at 1-800-277-1182 or email info@gardneraudiology.com for more information.
