Recently, one of our patients in our South Pasadena office was fitted with Starkey Livio Artificial Intelligence (AI) hearing aids and he loves them! He had so many good things to say, we just had to share it with you!
MM was apprehensive about getting hearing aids at first. He had concerns about his image, and he didn’t want people to see them. At first, MM thought he would like custom hearing aids. After discussing the pros and cons of custom hearing aids, as well as behind the ear hearing aids, MM decided on behind the ear hearing aids. He really liked that he had the capability to connect them to his smartphone, and loves that he can make adjustments through the Thrive app!
At MM’s follow up appointment, he had nothing but good things to say about his hearing aids! He talked about how natural the sound quality was, how good music sounded, and how comfortable they were in his ears. He was so happy with the hearing aids, that he didn’t even need to use the Thrive app to make adjustments! On top of that, the hearing aids blend in so well with his hair and glasses, that people didn’t even notice he was wearing them! MM’s only regret was waiting so long before getting his hearing aids.
