Many times the problem is simple and can be resolved in office; meaning you will not have to be without your hearing aid/s.  

 In-office hearing aid repairs (fees may apply) include: Changing of filtersDomesTubing, parts replacement and cleaning.

In the event your Signia hearing aid/s is lost or damaged beyond standard repair we can also be of assistance. Your new Signia hearing aid comes with manufacturer loss/damage coverage for at least the first year of ownership, possibly longer.  We will assist you navigating that process, even if you purchased your Signia hearing aid/s elsewhere. 

If your Signia hearing aid needs to go into the manufacturer for repair and is under a Signia manufacturer warranty, Gardner Audiology will honor that warranty and send the hearing aid out for you as a courtesy.  Should your Signia hearing aid not be under manufacturer warranty, Gardner Audiology can still help!  Hearing aids can be sent to Signia for repair and typically return with a one-year repair warranty.  If you have an older Signia hearing aid, our all-make repair lab can help and your hearing aid will return with either a 6 month or 12 month warranty (depending on age).
