While Medicare does not currently offer hearing aid benefits, many Medicare Advantage, Medicare Replacement and Medicare Supplement plans do! Depending on your specific insurance plan, you may be eligible for a monetary benefit, a discount plan through a third party, or both. Your audiologist can help you determine which hearing aid is best for you based on your hearing and your insurance benefits. Medicare will cover one hearing test a year to determine if you need hearing aids, or to get a baseline.
We know insurance can be confusing. One of our insurance specialists would be happy to verify your benefits for you. We suggest making an appointment with a Doctor of Audiology to review your options. At this appointment we will test your hearing, discuss your needs and review your insurance benefits.
