Gardner Audiology works with this 3rd party to be able to seamlessly provide you with the best option provided by your insurance based on you and your hearing loss.
To schedule an appointment to check and see if you have a hearing aid benefit through your Optimum Insurance Medicare Advantage plan, please contact Gardner Audiology. When you call, you will speak to one of our amazing Patient Care Coordinators who will get you scheduled for an evaluation and consultation appointment at your preferred location. This appointment alerts our efficient insurance team to check your hearing aid benefit and register you with the 3rd party (HearUSA). At the evaluation appointment, the Audiologist will test your hearing and review the results with you. If you are a hearing aid candidate, the Audiologist will provide you with the best option based on your hearing loss, budget, and lifestyle. You will have a 30-day trial period with the devices, so you have ample time to make sure you are satisfied with your new hearing aids.
